Please be informed of the following refund / return procedures:
1. Cooling-Off Period
Any item purchase from nkstoreonline, will have a 10 business days cooling-off period, except for food hampers.
2. Return / Refund of Unsatisfied Goods
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you receive, you have a 10 business days to act on goods return. To return goods please follow the following steps:

Refund will be made if the goods are defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return-shipping amount.
A refund (excludes shipping fees) will be made for return of unsatisfied goods only if goods are received in good condition (with original packing). No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
