On behalf of the Board of Directors of NKCB, MIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had approved the Company’s application, which was submitted on 8 June 2010, for an extension of time of up to 30 August 2010 for NKCB to despatch its circular to the shareholders relating to the Proposals.
